The Program
Small by design. A maximum of 4 participants per cohort so every voice is heard and every
session feels personal.
Sessions are interactive, reflective, and practical blending strategy with coaching. Every session begins with a moment of stillness before we do any other work.
10 Live Group Coaching Sessions
Session 1 : Welcome & Alignment Getting to know each other, setting intentions, and establishing the foundation of trust that makes the work possible.
Session 2 : Career & Life Alignment Clarify your values, strengths, priorities, and constraints so that your career decisions align with your life - not compete with it.
Session 3 : Strategic Job Search & Market Positioning Navigate the job market intentionally by networking, visibility, and targeted search strategies that work.
Session 4 : Career Search Tools & Techniques The practical toolkit: platforms, outreach, personal branding, and how to stand out in a crowded market.
Session 5 : Interview Preparation & Confidence Build structure and confidence for behavioral, situational, and leadership interviews.
Session 6 / 7 / 8 : Interview Role Play, Executive presence & Networking Practice Iterative, real-time practice. We repeat until it feels natural, not rehearsed.
Session 9 : Salary Negotiation & Self-Advocacy Develop the confidence and language for compensation conversations, benefits, and knowing your worth.
Session 10 : Integration & Forward Strategy A clear next-step plan, reinforced insights, and the momentum to carry this beyond the program

1:1 Personality & Career Happiness Assessment
A personalized alignment session exploring your work style, past peak experiences, and
motivators - to uncover what supports or blocks your most fulfilling career path.
1:1 Resume & LinkedIn Review
A thorough review of your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. Note: I work with a trusted
external specialist for resume refinement - that fee is not included in the program investment.
1:1 Mock Interview
A personalized mock interview tailored to your goals, industry, and target roles. Real-time
practice, targeted feedback on communication and positioning, and actionable suggestions you
can implement immediately.

Group Coaching Programme: $3,500 Payment split: 50% at start, 50% on completion.
Maximum 4 participants.
Individual Programme: $5,000 Prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group? The
