Books
These books didn’t begin as a plan.
They began as something much quieter, a Toastmasters speech, a curiosity, and a voice that kept finding more to say.
It started with speeches. Then musings. Then essays. Then, almost on a whim, a first book. By
the third, writing had become the way I make sense of the world and offer that sense to others.
Each book reflects a different moment in my journey as a leader, a coach, and a person. The first was accidental and conversational. The second was intentional and exploratory. The third was shaped by years of coaching - the deepest inner work I know how to do, put into words.

Over a Cup of Coffee
A thought-provoking book for self-reflection and inspiration
This book was never supposed to be a book.
It started at Toastmasters, where I began giving speeches and discovered that the ideas I was
sharing wanted more space than a five-minute talk could hold. So I started writing them down —
conversations, musings, reflections on life. And then, almost on a whim, I decided to publish.
The result is a collection of 34 short essays on the topics that quietly shape us written the
way friends talk over coffee. Informal, curious, warm, and honest. Each piece invites you to sit with a question rather than rush toward an answer.
A few of the conversations inside:
• The Power of Choice
• Why Not Me?
• Reinventing Yourself
• Let Go and Move On
• The Voices of Silence
• Loneliness and Solitude
• The Bumblebee Flies Anyway
• What Are You Scared Of?
This is the book that started everything, the accidental beginning of a writing life.
Best for: Anyone who loves reflection, conversation, and the quiet wisdom found in everyday
moments. Readers 13 and up.

Let It Brew
Inspirational musings over a cup of coffee
The second book was more intentional.
After Over a Cup of Coffee found its readers, I sat down with a different kind of purpose. This
time I wanted to explore new territory - broader topics, deeper questions, sharper edges. Thirty
essays on the themes that quietly shape us: change, fear, resilience, identity, forgiveness, and
the peculiar courage it takes to simply be yourself.
“If you don’t like where you are, change it. You are not a tree.”
That Jim Rohn quote opens the very first essay - and it sets the tone for everything that
follows. Let It Brew doesn’t let you stay comfortable. It asks good questions and then gives you
space to sit with the answers.
A few of the essays inside:
• You Are Not a Tree
• The Tyranny of Should
• Do the Things That Make You Gasp
• Courage and Resilience
• Conditions for Happiness
• The Practice of Forgiveness
This is the book for the reader who is ready to go a little deeper.
Best for: Leaders, seekers, and anyone navigating a transition. Readers 16 and up.

Grounds of Reflection
Thoughts to savor
By the time I wrote this book, I was a coach.
And it shows. Grounds of Reflection is the most structured, the most intentional, and the most deeply rooted in the inner work that I now do with leaders every day. Thirty-one essays across five parts - a journey from inner grounding to identity, meaning, and becoming.
“This book is meant to sit beside you, like a quiet companion, inviting reflection, pause, and gentle inquiry. You may open it at random, linger on a page, return to a thought, or simply let a few words settle with you.”
The five parts of the journey:
• Part I: Return to Center - inner grounding, peeling illusion, stabilizing awareness
• Part II: Truth, Perspective & Gentle Reframe - softening rigid narratives, reclaiming agency
• Part III: Relating with Clarity and Grace - presence, boundaries, honest communication
• Part IV: From Effort to Ease - releasing strain, aligning energy and belief
• Part V: Identity, Meaning & Becoming - honoring evolution, trusting the ongoing becoming
This is the book my daughter Ashna read at 15 and helped with the name, the cover and being
my first reader!
This is the book that most reflects who I am as a coach and who I am still becoming.
Best for: Leaders, coaches, therapists, and anyone doing the quiet, courageous work of self-inquiry. Readers 13 and up.

Who These Books Are For
These books are for the leader who thinks deeply. The professional who wants more than tactics. The person who suspects that the most important work happens inside in the questions we sit with, the moments we slow down for, the thoughts we let brew.
They have been read by teenagers and CEOs, by women navigating corporate America and by men quietly questioning what success actually means. They have been given as gifts at retirements, graduations, and difficult moments when words from someone else’s pen say what we cannot find ourselves.
If something in these pages makes you pause, that pause is the whole point.
All three books are available on Amazon.
